Is toestemming nodig voor het publiceren van foto’s?
Het is een veelgestelde vraag: Mag ik nog wel foto’s maken op mijn evenement, klantendag of training? Of heb ik van de AVG toestemming nodig van iedereen op de foto? Tijdens een masterclass met tien deelnemers is het vragen van toestemming nog te doen. Tijdens de marathon van Rotterdam met circa 30.000 deelnemers en minimaal net zoveel bezoekers, wordt dit een heel ander verhaal. Vaak is voor delen van foto’s of video’s op het internet of sociale media toestemming nodig van de mensen om wie het gaat. Maar niet altijd!
